Martin uses his experience in leadership development to enhance his clients’ communication, interpersonal and self-management skills. Through strengths based coaching, he leads clients to increased performance and effectiveness on both a personal and organizational level.
Currently working in clean energy, Martin has more than 20 years of experience in leading individuals and teams to success. Previously, Martin was Executive Director of a clean energy nonprofit, as well as an adjunct professor at Laney College in their Green Jobs Program.
Martin lives in Oakland , California with his wife and three children.
